1. Stuck in the chair?  Just break the string to get free.
2. Examine everything in the living room and more than once.
3. Oil the tin opener then feed the dog with the contents of the can.
4. You need to skim the pool with the net to obtain the rusty key.
5. You need the rusty key to unlock the shed.  Once inside the stool will help you find out what's on the high shelf.  Move the rake before getting the shovel.
6. In order to pick the rose you will need the gloves, which are on the shelf in the shed.
7. Dig in the herb garden for an iron key to open the gate.
8. Listen to the radio for information about the Jewel Heist.
9. It isn't possible to open the glass doors in the sun room.
10. Play the song in the music room for a clue on how to use the rose.  
11. Enter the secret passage from the library, but make sure you have an exit first.
12. The rat poison is under the piano.
13. To open the grating you will need a saw.  
14. Poison the cheese and give it to the rat.
15. The stairs which have been boarded up can be passed if you have the axe.
16. Turn the knobs in the bedroom.
17. Unfold the blankets in the cupboard.
18. The safe is behind the painting.  You must have the note to open it.
19. Unscrew the panel in the clock for a ruby pendant.
20. The attic can be entered using the ladder and a little force.
21. Can't find the secret room?  Push the panels in the library.
22. Use the tweezers to get the ring.
