open the text file: revolt, which is located in the Db folder where the game was installed. 
Then look for the abbreviation of the country you want to play in the game. Then write a 
line between expirydade minimum and that (without quotes):

"revolt = no"


Let's use the example of England (ENG):

Before:

ENG = (
date = (day = 1 month = january year = 1419)
expiryDate = (year = 1820)
minimum = (247 244 245 246 248 249 250)

Then:
